Building Lives

Divine Deposits!!

As this year, I have been travelling a lot. I realised Ram’s car is better mileage wise for long distance out of station trip. I usually don’t touch Ram’s car as I am just used to driving my own car around.

So this one particular time as I was coming back from Kurnool. I decide I will just try driving Ram’s car. As I put my hands to the steering wheel, I realised I am able to drive and I don’t need to take special driving classes to manoeuvre this car. I drove for quite some time on the high way.

It just hit me, Ram’s car was with us from 2013 and I never even tried once to drive the car. I had this mental block that I might not be able to control the car.

All it took was one thought, desire and will to want to try out the car.

 2 Peter 1:3

Everything we could ever need for life and godliness has already been deposited in us by his divine power. For all this was lavished upon us through the rich experience of knowing him who has called us by name and invited us to come to him through a glorious manifestation of his goodness.

Everything we could ever need for life has already been deposited in us by His divine power.

Wow!! We have so much deposited in us – gifts, talents, divine nature, and potential and much more. It would be awful to never withdraw and never live out to our fullest potential.

How often we go through life exchanging the glorious life that is possible for a cheap alternative that was never designed for us to live.

"Our greatest fear should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don’t really matter." - Francis Chan

I pray we choose every day not to compromise the glorious life that is available and get distracted for cheap futile, obsolete, meaningless, purposeless, joyless life.

"Remember who you are. Don’t compromise for anyone, for any reason. You are a child of the Almighty God. Live that truth." - Lysa Terkeurst

Jesus is inviting us to come to Him, to experience his goodness, He calls us by name personally individually, lovingly to shower us with his goodness and to experience a glorious life that’s available and possible.

"Let God’s promises shine on your problems.” – Corrie ten Boom

Shalom - God's Peace be upon you!!
